Crossfit:
Run 1 mile
200 bar lifts (in lieu of rowing)
Run 1 mile
Sunday- Rest
Monday-
Crossfit:
Seven rounds for time of:
10 Handstand push-ups
Squat clean, 10 reps
10 pull-ups
Tuesday-
Crossfit:
Five rounds for time of:
15 pull-ups
15 dips
10 reps of power cleans
Run 220 meters
Wednesday-
Run 5k and Crossfit:
For time: 150 Wallball shots, 15 pound ball
Thursday- Rest
Friday-
Walk 5k and Crossfit:
Complete 5 rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
30 kettle ball swings
30 pull ups
**I only completed 3 rounds - I started at noon and was dying in the heat
