During our Mexico trip we tried a lot of food and being the picture-a$$ that I am, took some photos that I think you may enjoy and posted them on Viva la Cocina. Many of these recipes will be made in our "test kitchen" in Atlanta (ha!) and posted so you can make them too! Buen provecho!
