Laughter is the Best Medicine

{ Print from paperfunkpress }
This came to me via decor8 , a wonderful design blog to which I am a subscriber. I thought I would share it with you today because it really struck a chord with me. In this post, she talks about developing a sense of humor and how that helps us in our everyday life. I can't remember a day where I didn't laugh If I am having a bad day and someone makes me laugh, I feel better. My family and friends are so good at this. They have made me laugh while I am crying?! My sense of humor allows me to make fun of myself (so easy to do) and I think this has kept stress in my life to a minimum. (ok living in Costa Rica helps too) I try not to take everything so seriously. For example, when are we going to run out of money? Where will I find a job with the dwindling US economy? In what city are we going to live? Are we going to buy another house? Will I be able to survive living in the US without my free Delta flights? Am I going to have a baby before I'm 40? Please...someone...quick...say something to make me laugh!
